    1. Kindly take note that the aforementioned timeframe is approximate and subject to change. Any updates can be referrred from Swinburne Sarawak website and your Swinburne email. 

    2. The exact date, time and venue for Parchment Collection will be announced later.

    3. For those who requested for Mail Out, the tracking number will be emailed to you once done.

  • Note 1: Names may not be deleted - e.g. a middle name - if they are part of your correct legal name.

    Note 2: Once your award has been presented / conferred, you will be unable to change the name on the certificate at a later date.

    Notes:

    1. Deferral must be made at least one (1) month prior to your nominated ceremony / award date. 

    2. You can only defer your graduation once; unless for exceptional grounds which beyond your control i.e. University's decision, natural disaster and other equivalent reasons. Fee paid is non-refundable, and will be brought-forward to the next ceremony.

    3. Any outstanding fee or penalty must be settled at least one (1) month prior to the ceremony.

    4. If you opt for Melbourne ceremony, click HERE for more info. However, you still need to apply via Sarawak application form. Related payment and regalia booking can only be done upon receiving the email invitation & confirmation from Melbourne. Click HERE for the guideline. (Note: Fee paid for the initial option is non-refundable)

  • GRADUATE IN ABSENTIA (Not attending any Graduation Ceremony)

  • Notes:

    1. Graduation team must be notified one (1) month prior to the Ceremony.

    2. Graduation fee paid for the initial option is non-refundable.

    3. You will receive the following;

        - 1 copy of Testamur,

        - 1 copy of Academic Transcript, and

        - 1 Testamur Cylinder / Tube

    4. Any request to have the parchment Mailout, a remittance fees will be imposed.

     

  • WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION TO GRADUATE

  • Notes:

    1. Notice of withdrawal must be received at least one (1) month prior to the ceremony date.

    2. Graduation fee paid for the initial option is non-refundable.

  • ATTEND A GRADUATION CEREMONY

    Notes:

    1. The Graduation team must be notified one (1) month prior to the Ceremony. Any request received less than one (1) month will not be entertained.
