Rules and Regulations for Studio Usage
1. If you use any existing item in the studio (tables, chairs, whiteboard, etc.), please return it to its original condition after use.
2. Please ensure that you remove all your belongings when you leave.
3. For production props or sets, please label them and keep them to the side after rehearsals.
4. DO NOT use double-sided tape on the floor, glass windows, or walls. Please remove any markings (floor markings/wall markings) after check-out/bump-out.
5. Please take a photo of the studio after each use as a check-out record and send it to 018 266 3383.
6. Dispose of your rubbish in the designated bin located beside the staircase at the foyer. Food packs are prohibited, please refer to rule #7.
7. Please dispose of food packs or leftover food in the bin on the ground floor near the washroom.
8. Footwear must be removed before entering the studio unless exceptional circumstances have been previously discussed for certain events or workshops.
9. No food or sugary beverages are allowed in the studio.
10. Users must ensure that they switch off all sound equipment, lights, fans, and air conditioners before leaving the studio.
