Community Impact Project of the Year 2025

Use the criteria below to write your submission. We haven’t provided a maximum word count, but your submission will be marked against quality rather than quantity. We strongly advise that you supply supporting images and or documents with your submission but limit your overall submission to 2mb.

This category is open for projects which can demonstrate that they best integrate with their surrounding community.

The judges will be looking for a scheme/initiative that has really considered and met the needs of the local community and stands out from the competition. It may include a project that has addressed a particular need such as homelessness or, had an impact on the community it has been built in.

The scheme must be completed or at practical completion to be considered.

Give an overview of the development which details the numberand type of units available, value and prices of the units.

How does your project demonstrate great service to the community? Explain the benefits it has delivered.

Give details of the development's environmental credentials and any sustainable features you have developed for the scheme.

How have you worked collaboratively with the community, local stakeholders, and other parties to deliver the project?

How have you exceeded customer expectations? Please provide up to two testimonials.

As a business or as part of this project how have you advocated inclusivity? (This could be on site recruiting ethnic minorities or mix of sexes, or perhaps marketing the scheme to a diverse group, or how you are looking at expanding inclusivity within your business/schemes in the future?)
