The lumalog is a small text file. ---------- On a Mac, open Finder, click “Go” on the menu at the top of your screen, then hold down the Option key to reveal “Library” in the menu. Click “Library,” then open the “Application Support” folder, then the “Luma” folder, and finally the "LumaMap" folder which contains the log. --------- On Windows, open File Explorer and click “This PC” or “Computer” on the left, then double-click your main hard drive (usually called “Local Disk (C:)”). Open the “Users” folder, then your username folder, then “AppData”* then “Roaming,” then “Luma,” and finally “LumaMap” which contains the log. *Note that the “AppData” folder is hidden by default, so if you don’t see it, click the “View” tab at the top of File Explorer and turn on “Hidden items.”
