It is recommended that you send the applications certified mail with tracking.Confirmation of approval to take the exam and details about location and time will be sent via e-mail 7 days prior to the exam. Dates, times & locations are subject to change.A copy of my certificate of attendance for any required education must be the submitted with this application for exam.Questions related to exam registration will be directed to the NCOWCICB at csstephens@ncowcicb.info or (336)202-3126I understand that completion of this document online using the tool provided by OWP is not submission of a complete application to the board. Exam Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of approval to receive exam along with location and time of exam 7 days prior to exam. Confirmation are sent via email. Read the confirmation details carefully. Verbal confirmations of exam or package acceptance are not given. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
