     This 6-weeks course is for anyone who is struggling with binge eating, or binge eating and restricting afterwards, to the point where it is negatively impacting on your life. 

     You may be frightened of food, eating out, you may have food rules. You feel out of control around food and you are miserable. 

     You may not be sure if you need 1-1 therapy.  but you know you cannot carry on as you are. You cannot manage or recover alone.  You may have already tried self-help.
