    You may use this form to withdraw your participation from the conference, a session, tour, or networking reception.

    🔹 Registration Refunds
    February 1, 2026 = Last day to request a registration refund (Administrative fee: $200 USD for non-students; $100 USD for students)
    No registration refunds will be granted after February 1, 2026, EXCEPT in the case of late denials of funding applications, or late denial of travel visa applications. Documentation is required to establish your denial status.

    🔹 Ticket Refunds


    February 1, 2026 = Last day to request a ticket refund (minus a 20% adminstrative processing fee)

     

     

     
     


    🔹 Hotel Reservation

     

     
    Did you make a hotel reservation at the conference hotel? If you no longer need the reservation, please refer to your confirmation email from the Marriott Marquis for cancellation procedures and deadlines. This helps ensure rooms are released for other attendees in need—thank you!
