You can submit your case study separately via the APLE L2 Upgrade Case Study form on the My LCS tab on our website.
Please submit the case study as soon as possible. Once we have received payment for the APLE application, we will begin the review of all the forms. This will be sent out via invoice, but there will be a few payment options available.
