Client Preparation Guidelines for Dog Training Lessons

Arrive On Time: Please be prepared to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not receive the full lesson time.

Cancellation Policy: lesson cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in the lesson being forfeited without a refund or adjustments made to packages.

If a client cancels their package before completing all sessions, the completed lessons will be charged at the full regular session rate of $120 each, and any remaining balance after this adjustment will be refunded to the client.

Bring Essential Items:
- Treats or your dog’s favorite reward method
- A sturdy leash
- A well-fitting collar
- Any other training tools you typically use

Dog’s Health: Ensure your dog is healthy and up to date on vaccinations.
