I understand that Englewood Christian School (ECS) is a Christian School and that its tenets, methods, and rules are established upon that basis. I understand that the curriculum, activities, and general atmosphere of Englewood Christian School is presented from a Biblical foundation and that my child will receive Biblical, spiritual teaching and instruction as part of their academic lives at ECS. I also realize that ECS is a Protestant, non-denominational school and that my student's instruction will be based on this fact.
I give my permission for my student to take part in all school activities, and school-sponsored trips away from the school premises, and absolve the school, Church, all affiliates, and employees from liability to me or my student because of any injury to my student at school or during any school activity, and school sponsored trips.
I understand that ECS protects its student and staff through the use of recording devices like security cameras. I also understand that ECS uses photographs, videos, and other media to advertise themselves, populate their webpage, and as added materials to yearbooks and other school publications. As such, I give permission for ECS to use any photo and/or video of my child for display and/or publication in perpetuity.
I hereby agree to support all regulations of the school on behalf of my student and authorize this school to employ and to discipline as it deems wise and expedient for the training of my student. I understand that the school reserves the right to dismiss any student who fails to comply with the established regulations and discipline or whose financial obligation remains unpaid.
