Submission of a scholarship nomination application acknowledges the nominator, and the nominee gives permission to use their name and likeness.

Submitting a scholarship nomination application also permits the Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council to use their name and images in print and online.

You acknowledge that once the nomination is chosen, WDONC will contact the nominee and must verify with the nominee their educational enrollment in an accredited nursing program and that they are participating in the nursing curriculum. They must have been accepted into the nursing program if there is a nursing petition process. This may affect their ability to receive the scholarship and may not qualify a nominee if they aren't a participant in a qualified nursing program.
