Terms and Conditions for Incubator Program

1. Introduction
Welcome to In The Beginning ("Incubator"). By applying to and participating in our program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Applicants must have a business idea or startup in its early stages or a esbatished business.
The program is open to both individuals and teams.

3. Application Process
All applicants must complete the official application form.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Selection is based on various criteria, including the viability of the business idea and the potential for growth.

4. Program Participation
Selected participants will receive access to mentoring, office space, and other resources.
Participants must actively engage in the program, including attending meetings, workshops, and events.
Participants must comply with all Incubator policies and procedures.

All company business names, addresses, and phone numbers will be included in the ITB Public Directory and may be shared publicly as part of ITB's business listings. By participating in ITB's services, businesses acknowledge and consent to this disclosure. If a business wishes to request an exemption, it must submit a written request to ITB for review.

5. Confidentiality
Participants must keep confidential any proprietary information shared by other participants or the Incubator.
The Incubator will also maintain the confidentiality of participants' proprietary information.

6. Termination
The Incubator reserves the right to terminate participation for failure to comply with these terms or for behavior that disrupts the program.
Participants may also terminate their participation by providing written notice.

7. Liability
The Incubator is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the program.
Participants agree to indemnify the Incubator against any claims arising from their participation.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Commonwealth of VA.

9. Amendments
The Incubator reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
