Once your card has been verified by one of the team then we will process your card and you will be sent a Horticultural Card to receive exclusive discounts in store. If you do not have a physical card then you can upload a RHS membership confirmation or similar documentation.

Eligibility• Horticultural Club benefits, including exclusive pricing and special offers, are available only to registered members of the Chessington Garden Centre Horticultural Club (“Club Members”).• Membership is granted at the discretion of Chessington Garden Centre.• Benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered ClubMember.2. Member Pricing• 2.1. Horticultural Club pricing applies only to selected products and categories as determined by Chessington Garden Centre.• 2.2. Prices and discounts may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.• 2.3. Member pricing cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless specifically stated.• 2.4. Some items may be excluded from discounts due to supplier restrictions, availability, or seasonal factors.3. Special Offers & Promotions• 3.1. Horticultural Club–exclusive offers are available for a limited time and maybe withdrawn or amended without notice.• 3.2. Offers may be subject to minimum purchase quantities, availability limitations, or product/category restrictions.• 3.3. Promotional items and discounted lines are available while stocks last.• 3.4. Conduct & Respect for Staff• 7.1. Chessington Garden Centre is committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming,and respectful environment for customers and team members alike.• 7.2. Horticultural Club Members must treat all staff with courtesy and respect atall times.• 7.3. Abusive, aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff willnot be tolerated.• 7.4. Any breach of this conduct standard may result in immediate suspension orpermanent removal from the Horticultural Club.• 7.5.
