          It is understood by the management of this organization that it will take full responsibility for any damage and/or vandalism and/or misconduct at the housing or contest sites by members and staff of said organization. It shall be the responsibility of said organization and not sponsoring School Band Boosters, Ascend Performing Arts or Friendship Cup for such damage or misconduct. It is further assumed that all applicable copyright authorizations have been obtained for public performance and arrangements by participating units.

          Please use the form linked below to submit your copyright information.  We understand that many bands will register before they have complete copyright information for their show, therefore we will also include a link to this form in your confirmation email.  All copyright information MUST be submitted before your band will be allowed to perform at any Friendship Cup event.

          Each Friendship Cup event is $400 per band. Early bird registration fee ends May 31, 2026 and price increases to $450.
