Overview: Applications to the 2025 High School Summer Research Exposure Program (SREP) at the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine (WFIRM) are now open with on-line application deadline of March 15, 2024.
To be eligible: All applicants must be 16 years of age on or before the first day of the 2025 SREP Program at WFIRM.
Program Dates: The 4-week program runs June 14 - July 18, 2025 and is for students, ages 16 to 18. While students have joined from outside the Winston-Salem and North Carolina region, this is a "commuter" camp. Housing or transportation is NOT provided.
Additional considerations post completion of your application:
If you are selected to participate in the 2025 SREP at the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine, you will be responsible for providing immunization records and documentation of a TB skin test by May 10, 2025. A guardian/parental signature agreement is required on your on-line application and, upon selection, a signed agreement and parental consent form will be sent for final signature.
