TOURNAMENT POLICIES
- All Tournament participants will abide by the U11R rules as set out by Softball BC. Furthermore there will be no dispute or challenge of umpire and/or tournment directors' decisions.
- Tournament will have rules around game time length. Further facility information and clarifications will be issued and distributed in a "Coaches" package before the tournament start date.
- Team spots are not guaranteed until receipt of payment, the tournament director will send payment directions as team spots are confirmed.
- Roster maximums will be as per Softball BC regulations (15 players) with minimum of 8 players
Refund policy
- Refunds requested more than two weeks before tournament will be given a full refund, less a $50 admin fee.
- No refunds available after April 17th
Rain Out Policy (official games)
- Play no games --> full refund
- Play one game --> 75% refund
- Play two games --> 50% refund
- No refunds after three games played
Tournament Schedule
-Tournament may have games from 5pm Friday to 5pm Sunday; game times will be subject to change depending on weather.
-Schedule will be distributed two weeks prior to the start of the tournament.
