2025 College Scholarship Program Appliation
The Red River Communications College Scholarship program recognizes and encourages the student's academic achievements within our service territory by helping defray the costs of furthering their education.

The applicant's family must currently receive one of our core services, broadband internet, Ag Wireless internet, or home phone service.
CRITERIA TO APPLY:
- Be a spring 2025 graduating high school senior.
- All scholarships require the parent/legal guardian of the applicant to be subscribed to a basic Red River service (local phone, broadband or TV) and that account be in good standing.
- Be a United States citizen.
- During the last three years of school, applicants must have a grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Be accepted by an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational or technical school/program.
- When selecting the scholarship you are applying for, please note that some are field of study specific.
- Complete and sign the entire application and submit all required documents. Incomplete applications will not be considered for a scholarship.

General Membership Scholarship ($1,000) – EIGHT $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to students within the service territory of the cooperative. Parent/legal guardian of the applicant must be a member of Red River Rural Telephone Association (DBA Red River Communications).General Customer Scholarship ($1,000) – ONE $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a student within our service territory.Vocational Scholarship ($1,000)– ONE $1,000 scholarship award to provide opportunities to students pursuing an associate degree, credit-bearing certificate, or an industry-recognized credential at a vocational-technical school, trade school, two-year community college or state college.Technical Scholarship ($1,000)– ONE $1,000 scholarship award to support students interested in the fields of telecommunications and technology. Students pursuing an undergraduate degree in a STEM field such as telecommunications, computer science, information systems, network engineering, telecommunication engineering, broadcast engineering technology, information or data technology, or a related program are eligible.Agricultural Scholarship ($1,000) – ONE $1,000 scholarship award for high school seniors who will continue their education to prepare for a career in some way connected to the agricultural industry. Students pursuing an undergraduate degree in agribusiness, agriculture, animal/veterinarian science, earth science, natural resources, horticulture, range science, or a related program are eligible.
