By completing this form, I am submitting a wedding day request. In response, I will receive an email with a date approval or unavailable. I understand that I will have 24 hours to reply by email to confirm the booking. I understand that if i dont not confirm, the appoinment will not be booked.

I acknowledge that if my wedding date is confirmed I am required to send a 30% non-refundable depoist to hold the date. If I am requesting an on location wedding, there will be a mileage/travel fee calculated and added to my invoice. I understand that if the wedding location needs to be traveled to the day before the cost of lodging will also be included in the invoice.

I understand by sending in this request for it does not include a bridal trail. I understand I will have to book that after the wedding date apoproval and the cost will be seperate from the wedding day invoice.

I understand that if I am looking for other services before the wedding, I will have to submit a seperate consulation and need to book those appointments in advance.
