FEE STRUCTURE
St. Elly's monthly fees are determined by dividing the annual fees by the number of installments chosen by the parent during the application process
1. Force majeure is a legal term that refers to an event or circumstance that is beyond the control of the parties involved.
2. In 2022, we faced a major problem due to heavy rains all over the country, which resulted in a significant increase in the cost of paper and printing. The cost of printing rose by at least 60%. The suppliers have not reduced their prices significantly since then, which has kept the printing costs high.
3. Another problem we faced in 2022 and which may worsen in 2023 is the power cuts, also known as load shedding. The media is reporting the possibility of level 6 or higher power cuts, or even a complete collapse of the power network for at least two weeks. We have invested in a generator, but its running cost is at least R 85 per hour. In a worst-case scenario, the fuel usage could reach R 10 000 per month.
4. At St Elly's, we always try to keep costs as low as possible, but if any situation occurs that is beyond our control, we reserve the right to increase our fees during the year, but only after:
Consulting with the account holdersProviding at least 30 days' noticeKeeping any possible increase to a minimum.
DEBIT ORDER COLLECTION SYSTEM

2. Over the past years we encountered the following problems, thus causing the Debit orders to fail
All these factors caused the administration of the debit orders to become a nightmare
In order to eliminate most of these problems we are requesting that debit orders be loaded onto the account in which most payments or salaries paid into.
We will need account numbers, instead of card details.
