You may use this Course and the course material, dealer manual, and website information, and&#13;&#10;other documents obtained during the Course (the “Course Documents”), only for lawful purposes within the stated context&#13;&#10;of the Company’s intended and acceptable use of the Course, as determined by the Company.&#13;&#10;NO GUARANTY OF RESULTS.&#13;&#10;The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Course in meeting&#13;&#10;the dealer license renewal requirements of the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division. The Company does not guarantee that&#13;&#10;completing all Course requirements will result in user's New Mexico Dealer License being issued. The Company is not&#13;&#10;responsible for any decisions made by the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division regarding motor vehicle dealer licensing&#13;&#10;applicants and renewals for whatever reason.&#13;&#10;The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, timeliness or&#13;&#10;reliability of the Course Documents or of any other form of communication engaged in by Course users.
