The ARTS & CRAFTS VENDOR CATEGORY consists of 100% HANDMADE items. Examples of these items include: handmade jewelry, pottery, painting, photographs, drawings, soaps, woodcrafts, metal work, glass, handmade clothing, etc.
The COMMERCIAL VENDOR CATEGORY consists of items that are artistically enhanced, not 100% made by the vendor and/or retail items. Examples of these items include brand names, such as Scentsy, LulaRoe, Young Living, Guy Harvey, Lilla Rose, Pampered Chef, Cutco Cutlery, Paparazzi, etc. It also includes items such as retail clothing and jewelry, embellished accessories, performance fishing apparel, antiques and anything considered "resale".

The park changes from year to year. We cannot guarantee the same location, but will do our best when possible.

Please understand that the selection committee and festival set-up of the Pensacola Crawfish Festival and Pensacola Seafood Festival are different. If you are looking for a specific location, please describe it using park descriptions.
Electrical Request: Electricity is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF VENDORS at an additional fee of $100.00. Only one standard outlet is provided if power is requested. When paying on Pay Pal, please select the pricing that includes the electrical fee. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will electricity be available for purchase at check-in or at any time during the festival. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Fiesta is not responsible for reporting your taxes to the IRS.

Vendors are required and responsible for registering your small business with the IRS and collecting sales tax for the items sold. We recommend that you call the Florida Department of Revenue and the IRS for more information.

ARTS & CRAFTS VENDORS CATEGORY: By submitting this application, I verify that all merchandise is handmade and not commercially produced.I am to list any special needs in the appropriate location on my application. The committee will TRY to accommodate my requests, but this is not guaranteed.By order of the City of Pensacola, NO vehicles are allowed in the parks. Please refer to the City of Pensacola’s website (www.ci.pensacola.fl.us/)for more information.In order for my application to be complete, I must submit a signed Vendor Application, Initialed and signed Vendors Rules along with a signed Vendors Contract. I must also supply a maximum of three photos representing my booth space and handmade goods. My application will not be reviewed without all of the required vendor materials. Submission and/or past participation does not guarantee acceptance.Vendor Fees are due at the time of submission. If not accepted for any reason, the vendor fee is refundable minus an administrative fee of $50.00.No refunds will be given to accepted vendors after April 1, or for weather, acts of god, civil disobedience, global pandemic or any circumstance Fiesta Pensacola deems out of its sole care, custody, or control. No refunds will be given for withadrawlsTo operate during the following hours: Friday, April 25 from 11 A.M. to 7 P.M., Saturday, April 26 from 10 A.M. to 7 P.M., and Sunday, April 27 from 11 A.M. to 5 P.M. Please note closing times for Friday and Saturday nights differ from regular festival hours.Acceptance in the show is a commitment for you to show all hours listed above. Vendor hours are different from food and entertainment hours. This is not a night show; however, if you wish to stay open after sunset you may use battery powered lighting ONLY. No propane, kerosene, or generators.I understand that the Fiesta of Five Flags Association, Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs to my booth at any time.Fiesta will provide continuous security for the festival site. However, it is the vendor’s sole responsibility to secure items when leaving the park and provide for his own protection. Fiesta Pensacola assumes no liability for loss, damage, or misplacement of merchandise and equipment from any or all causes.Only the vendor on the application may show in the booth space assigned; space and acceptance is NON-TRANSFERABLEThe Festival Committee reserves the right to remove misrepresented or inappropriate material from the show; this includes items featuring logos from products which compete with Fiesta’s sponsors (please refer to our website: www.fiestapensacola.org for a full list). No nudes, partial nudes or erotic scenes may be shown.I understand that exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting Florida Sales Tax. The local revenue office will provide information and paperwork on the first day of the festival.Shade is not guaranteed. Exhibitors are encouraged to use a free standing 10’ x 10’ canopy. The City of Pensacola requires that all canopies 10x10 or smaller must be weighted (i.e. no stakes allowed) with no exceptions. Staked tents are grounds for dismissal from the show. No refund will be provided.For the safety of the festival goers, awnings or overhangs will NOT be allowed to be utilized as apart of my canopy setup. Should rain occur, no vehicles will be allowed into the streets within the barricaded area.Exhibitors must provide our own equipment such as tents, tables,chairs, etc.Electricity is available on a limited basis and must be purchased and noted on your application prior to the festival. No electricity will be given at check in or during the festival hours.Fiesta will provide continuous security for the festival site. However, it is the vendor’s sole responsibility to secure items when leaving the park and provide for his own protection. Fiesta Pensacola assumes no liability for loss, damage, or misplacement of merchandise and equipment from any or all causes. Fiesta encourages the use of tent side walls with locking/zip-tying capabilities for additional overnight security.Political items of any kind, representing any political party or candidate, are not permitted to be sold by any vendor.I understand that vendor acceptance is made by a festival committee comprised of volunteers, changing yearly. I understand that previous festival participation does not guarantee my acceptance.No animals will be allowed except for service animals with proper credentials.Vendors may NOT utilize music, speaker systems, microphones, amplified sound, or megaphone devices OF ANY KIND. NO EXCEPTIONS!A fire lane must be maintained at all times. One side of the road must remain open for emergency vehicles access at all times, no exceptions. No trailers, cars, wagons, or carts will be left in the area after unloading on ANY day of the festival.Pamphleteering of any kind is prohibited.

VENDOR CONTRACT
I understand and agree with the rules and regulations that are set forth in this application and agree to abide by and fully comply with said rules. I understand and agree that Fiesta of Five Flags Association, Inc. (henceforth known as "Fiesta Pensacola") and the Pensacola Crawfish Festival Committee are not responsible in any way for damage, loss or theft of me, my firm or of my customers and employees and agree to indemnify and defend and hold harmless the Fiesta Pensacola and Pensacola Crawfish Festival Committee against such loss, damage or theft.

In the event that the Fiesta Pensacola and the Pensacola Crawfish Festival Committee are unable to hold the 2025 Pensacola Crawfish Festival as scheduled by reason of war, acts of God or acts of nature (rain, inclement weather, etc.), global pandemic, or any other reason, or the Festival is interrupted in any way, no refund shall be made and it is agreed that all contracts are null and void.

There shall be no responsibility or liability on the part of the Fiesta Pensacola or the Pensacola Crawfish Festival Committee for any losses sustained by any person caused by such event. Fiesta Pensacola and Pensacola Crawfish Festival Committee in no way guarantees any return or benefits to vendor.

It is further agreed and understood that Fiesta Pensacola and the Pensacola Crawfish Festival Committee assume no liability for any injury or death to person or property or any other damages or losses occurring in the Festival premises during the Festival. I agree to forever indemnify and defend and hold harmless Fiesta Pensacola and the Pensacola Crawfish Festival Committee, officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, and lawsuits for loss, death or damage of person or property and any other loss whatsoever arising out of any act, omission or negligence in the operation or conduct of me/my business, including violation of any law, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, and all attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by those parties.

All the foregoing is agreed to in consideration of and as a condition precedent to Fiesta Pensacola and the Pensacola Crawfish Festival Committee providing to me/my business the applied for vendor space. The indemnification provisions shall survive after the 2025 Pensacola Crawfish Festival.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
By submitting an application to Fiesta Pensacola, the applicant and/or Artist, Business, or Group participating in the Pensacola Crawfish Festival hereby irrevocably agrees and consents that his/her photograph, video digital or audio recordings, images, likenesses, comments and any displayed, dealt in and copyrighted by Fiesta Pensacola or its successors and assigns, and by any other person, corporation or association duly authorized by Fiesta Pensacola, with any restriction or limitation, for advertising and revoked by trade of every kind and any other purpose. This release is applicable now and in the future and cannot be revoked by applicant. It is understood and agreed that said photograph, picture, film, video, digital or audio recordings, images, likenesses, comments and any reproductions thereof, as well as any materials connected there with and the rights arising therefrom and thereunder, are the exclusive property of Fiesta Pensacola, binding upon heirs, next of kin and personal representatives.

Additionally, you will receive a refund check (minus the $50 administrative fee as mentioned above) to the mailing address on this application.
