    Earth Growers is a leading company specializing in the recycling of hydrovac dirt slurry. We provide an essential service for handling and processing dirt slurry, supporting local construction and landscaping projects in the Austell, GA area.

    Position Overview:
    We are looking for a Soil and Site Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the daily operations of our dirt slurry management site, ensuring smooth processing and managing customer access to the site through the use of handheld tools, heavy equipment, and water pumps. If you enjoy working outdoors, and have a strong work ethic, we want you to be part of our team!

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist with the daily operations of the dirt slurry dump and drying process.
    Manage site access for customers.
    Keep the site clean and organized, ensuring safety and efficiency.
    Assist with routine site inspections and basic maintenance tasks as needed.


    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
    Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    Reliable transportation to the work site.
    Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and handling materials.
