You are a swimming coach who resides in Australia where your licence has been lapsed for more than 3-5 years and are seeking re-licence to resume coaching in Australia.
You are a swimming coach who resides in Australia where your licence has been lapsed for more than 5 years and are seeking re-licence to resume coaching in Australia.
You are a swimming coach who resides outside Australia and hold an alternative, suitably comparative swimming coach licence in the country where you reside (Must have an Australian Working visa).

Evidence of Australian Working Visa (International applicants only)
Detailed resume: outlining your coaching experience and qualifications. Include any certifications, coaching courses, and relevant qualifications you possess. Highlight your coaching achievements and experiences, particularly those that are pertinent to coaching in Australia.
