We are accepting local bakers, brands, businesses, entrepreneurs, artists, makers, and more. If you have any questions please send us an email at Dixielandnightmarket@gmail.com.

The following will not be accepted:

• Coffee 

• Obscenity (Nudity)

• THC/CBD items

Once selected you will be sent an invoice, which is due 10 days before the market date. Applications recieved or invoices sent within the 10 days prior to a market are due immediately. 

Final selections may be made as little as one week before market dates. Applications are open until the Wednesday before a market.

Each booth space is $40

We will send you an invoice if you have been selected. Your spot is only guaranteed after payment is received. Any unpaid invoices will be cancled 10 days before the market and you will be removed from the vendor list. 

We will send out an email with additional instructions the day before the market.

You may arrive, check in with Angeles and begin to set up as early as 8:30 am. The market will be open between 10am and 3pm.

Vendors who cancel 10 days or less before the market will not receive a transfer or refund. Vendors who miss the event will not have fees transferred to an alternative date.

This is a rain or shine market. However, we may cancel due to dangerously high winds and/or lightning in the immediate forecast. In the event of a cancellation there will be no transfer/refund.
