I will be dropping off and will select a date/time from the calendar below (you may drop off 7 days a week into my locked Dropbox at front door. Quilts are collected at least once a day.I will be mailing this in to 2405 SW Stephenson St, Portland, OR 97219

QUILTING DESIGN: Review the quilting design page above and select the name of the design you want used below.
THREAD PREFERENCE: My design preference is to match the thread to the fabrics in your quilt that are lightest in value, using neutrals a lot. I use Glide thread on my Innova longarm for a quality stitch.

BATTING - I can provide batting (see options and pricing below) or you may supply your own batting. Remember that 4” wider/longer on all sides, from your quilt top is needed to allow for longarm loading. Select option below
PRICING

Edge to edge quilting: - $0.03 per sq inch (width x length)
(Very dense quilting is an additional fee of $0.005 = $0.035 per sq inch)

Batting: - priced as above

Binding Options:
- create binding ready for sewing $0.05 per inch of quilt edge
- sew supplied binding to front $0.20 per inch of quilt edge
- sew supplied binding to front and back $0.30 per inch of quilt edge

No charge: Thread, Trim and serge raw edges, ready for binding

Minimum Charge: $60

Additional Charges: You will be notified if there is any additional charge once your quilt top is sighted / loaded to longarm.

I have inspected my quilt top for loose threads and for seams that have come apart and I have fixed them to the best of my ability. I have pressed my quilt top so that it's nice and tidy and ready to be loaded on the longarm!
How would you like to receive your quilt back?*

I would like to collect this from Kiwi Quilting and will schedule a pick up time once I have been notified it is completed.I would like my quilt shipped back to me at the address I will provide below

RETURN SHIPPING: I use USPS Priority shipping to return quilts (if not arranging pick up locally). It comes with $100 of insurance and a tracking number. Please indicate below if you would like me to purchase additional insurance on your behalf (added to the invoice when work is complete). As a guideline, select the estimated amount of invoice plus your materials cost in the quilt.
