Athletes will train with Coach Kesha and Coach Jordan on strength, training drills, and get reps in on their aerial tumbling skills (front and side aerials).

Level up those tumbling skills for the upcoming season. Back handspring without a spot is required.
Athletes will focus on the fundamental skills that create successful stunts, including proper body positioning, grips, timing, load-ins, extensions, transitions, and safe catching techniques.
