  • SECTION 3: NEW CUSTOMER VERIFICATION

    Kindly note that verifying our clients are just as important as verifying our pet sitters, to ensure the safety of our sitters. If this is your first booking that you make with While Away | House and Pet Sitting, you will be required to submit proof of residence and proof of ID. If you are a new client and you do not have these documents with you, you can also skip this section, however please send through the documents via WhatsApp 065 137 0898 or email info@housepetsitting.co.za before your meet and greet.

  • SECTION 4: YOUR PETS (OUR ACTUAL CLIENTS)

    Please note, returning customers can skip this section except if you have new pets.

  • Please note that is you have more than five (5) animals, we might not be able to assist you, as sitters only have the capacity to look after so many animals at once. If you have more than five (5) animals, please spesify this in the comment box on the last page of this form.

  • SECTION 5: SERVICES & DATES REQUIRED

  • Even if you selected the "No meet & greet required" option, please still indicate a preferred meet & greet date and time. There is a possibility that your selected sitter/ previously allocated sitter might not be available.

    In which case we might have to allocate a new sitter. Please note that a meet & greet will be added to your quote if (1) four months have lapsed since your last booking; (2) a new sitter is allocated to you; (3) if your address has changed or (4) if you have new pets.
