1) Withdrawal eligible for REFUND: 14th December 2025 (Sunday). Withdrawal after the date above, regardless of any reason.

2) Last Event Withdrawal Date with NO REFUND/PENALTY: 1st January 2026 (Thursday).

3) Any withdrawals after the last withdrawal deadline without refund above, with or without notification, shall be deemed as "Did Not Start" (DNS).

4) A penalty of RM100.00 per event shall be imposed on any ‘DNS’ and payment must be made immediately before the swimmer’s next event.
