Due to course minimums and roster requirements of the Red Cross all transfer requests MUST be made 5 or more days prior to the start of the course. Transfer requests after this point fall under our cancelation policy and are not eligible for transfer or refund.

Each participant can request up to 1 transfer to an equivalent course at no cost. To be eligible for a no cost transfer this must be made 5 or more days prior to the start of the currently enrolled course. All transfer requests are subject to course availability.

Additional transfer requests will incur a $75 fee. To be eligible the transfer request must be made 5 or more days prior to the start of the currently enrolled course. All transfer requests are subject to course availability.
