The Green Plan

Based on your responses, you want to stick to the basics, so we recommend The Green Plan. This plan involves the regular weed control and fertilization treatments that you know and love. It has everything you need to keep your lawn looking great (and to keep your HOA happy) throughout the entire year. 

If you want an even greener lawn, here are a few recommended additions to this plan:

• Aeration - This is a yearly process that involves taking plugs of soil from your yard to improve soil health and promote proper grass growth. 

• Organic Fertilizer - This is usually done at the same time as an aeration and will stimulate faster, greener growth across your lawn. 

• Tree & Shrub Care - Beyond your lawn, this program will promote a healthy landscape across your entire property with 7 treatments throughout the year that include fertilization, insect control, and disease control for your trees and shrubs.

The Grow Plan

In 2025, you want your lawn to look its best and to grow better than ever before. The Grow Plan is our recommendation for making that happen. Here are the key elements for 

1. Weed Control and Fertilization Treatments - These treatments, applied every 6 weeks, will prevent weeds and keep your lawn looking great year-round.
2. Aeration - This is a yearly process that involves taking plugs of soil from your yard to improve soil health and promote proper grass growth. For Bermuda and Zoysia lawns it is done in the spring and early summer; for Fescue lawns it is done in the fall and includes overseeding. 
3. Organic Fertilizer - This is usually done at the same time as an aeration and will stimulate faster, greener growth across your lawn.

Looking to enhance your property even more? Here are a few recommended additions to this plan:

• Growth Regulators (Warm Season Grasses) - Growth Regulators are the most effective way to increase grass growth in patchy areas. These treatments help the grass to grow out rather than up, also reducing the number of times you will need to mow. Applied once a month from May-September.

• Disease Control - Also known as fungicide, these treatments applied throughout the summer prevent and/or remove fungus in your lawn and specifically target brown patch or dollar spot fungus, the two most common in our area. 

• Tree & Shrub Care - Beyond your lawn, this program will promote a healthy landscape across your entire property with 7 treatments throughout the year that include fertilization, insect control, and disease control for your trees and shrubs.

The Defense Plan

In 2025, you want to have the best property around, and we're here to make that happen. The Defense Plan is the ultimate solution to ridding your property of all types of pests, both weeds and insects, to create the perfect gathering place for family, friends, neighbors, and pets. Here is what it includes:

• Weed Control and Fertilization Treatments - These treatments, applied every 6 weeks, will prevent weeds and keep your lawn looking great year-round.
• Mosquito Control - This program consists of 8 treatments a year (one a month from March to October) to keep all mosquitoes off of your property. 
• And/Or Perimeter Pest Control - For additional insect protection within your home, this program offers quarterly treatments that create a barrier around the outside of your house, keeping unwanted pests out.
