    Please use this form to order meals for your team during breaks. You must order 72 hours in advance - this form will not let you select a pickup time sooner than that. Meals will be bulk packed in coolers w/ appropriate utensils and napkins. A roster will need to be provided to dining services separately for billing purposes. Students will be charged one meal swipe per meal ordered. Students without meal plans will be charged to your department charge.
  • Breakfast Options

  • Breakfast Pack #1: Bagel or muffin with appropriate condiments, 2 breakfast bars, orange or apple juice, and whole fruit (banana, apple or orange).

    Breakfast Pack #2: Egg, cheese & bacon breakfast sandwich or Egg & Cheese breakfast sandwich, hash brown patty, orange or apple juice, 1 Yoplait Yogurt, and whole fruit (banana, apple or orange).

  • Lunch Options

  • Choice of Ham and American Sub, Turkey and Provolone Sub, Italian Sub, Chicken or Tuna Salad Sub, Grilled Veggie and Hummus Wrap, or Garden Salad (VEGAN). Each entree includes chips, whole fruit (apples or oranges) and bottled water.

  • Chicken Bruschetta, Rice Pilaf, Vegetable DuJour, Garden Salad, Pasta w/ Sauce.

  • Should be Empty:
