Fees, Cancellation
A. A completed Group Trips Agreement (GTA) with specified deposit (see below) is required to confirm any booking.
B. Weekday Group Rate, $12.50, Evening and Weekend Group Rate (starting Friday night), $15. Skating chaperones, $6 for admission and
rental skates (non-skating chaperones are free)
C. Group rate includes admission and rental skates for one hour and 20 minutes of on-ice skating time during any rink scheduled Public
Sessions, except as otherwise agreed upon.
D. Daytime arrival time: Starting at 10:30 am Thursday; 9:00 am, Friday; Noon Saturday, Sunday.
E. Evening arrival time: Starting at 7:00 pm Friday, 8:00 pm Saturday
F. 15 or more skaters required to receive the Group Rate
G. $50 non-refundable deposit required for groups of 15-99
H. $100 non-refundable deposit required for groups of 100 +
I. Booking deadlines: Parties, no less than 48 hours prior to event; Groups 15-49, no less than 72 hours prior to event; Groups 50-11, no less
than one week prior to event; Groups 100+, no less than two weeks prior to event.
J. For 15 to 99 skaters, cancellation/change permitted up to 48 hours prior to booking or deposit is forfeited. For 100 + or more skaters,
cancellation/change permitted up to 10 days prior to booking or deposit is forfeited
K. For groups of 200+, full payment (based on attendance estimate) due no later than 48 hours prior to trip date. Balance due upon attendance
reconciliation.
L. No refunds, no credits. No exceptions. No time extension due to skaters’ lateness
Available Extras
A. Storage Room rental, $35. (Not applicable for parties).
B. Party Room rental, $125 for one and one-half hours. Each additional 30 minutes, $50, three-hour rental, $250.
C. Group Lesson for maximum of 15 skaters, $70 for 30-minutes with one coach (each extra 30-minutes, add $70 for one additional coach).
Waiver Requirements, Payments, Other Details
A. Group lessons available by request and must be prepaid. Scheduled lesson time cannot be extended due to lateness of attendees.
B. All bookings will take place during a Public Session.
C. Balance is due in one payment, using a credit card, organization check or cash (no $100 bills) upon trip day attendance reconciliation.
D. Correctly completed electronic waiver must be on file for every skater, regardless of age (including teachers, parents or other chaperones).
E. No one allowed on the ice without a waiver.
F. Outside food permitted. Food service not provided.
G. At least one parent, guardian or chaperone must accompany any given birthday group and must be present during the duration of the trip.
H. Proper attire required. (Socks needed for skate rental.Helmets recommended).

Waiver and Release to Ice Skate
By purchasing admission tickets, you are aware that ice skating involves certain inherent risks, which may cause serious injury. You freely volunteer to participate and accept all known and unknown risks while
