WOW Conference Hotel Accommodations

Single Occupancy: $895.00 pp ** Double Occupancy: $745.00pp**

Triple Occupancy: $685.00pp**. Quad Occupancy: $665.00pp**

**Hotel fees include three-night hotel accommodations, 9 meals, daily breakout snacks and beverage stations, and admission to the WOW award ceremony. Please note meals are not all you can eat. One serving at each meal until everyone has been served.

WOW Conference Registration Fee: $300.00 Per person

$300.00**: This includes admin fees, all seminar sessions, presenters, workshop materials, custom WOW shirt, WOW pocketbook, and a "Love you Sister" gift bag.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Your initials are required attesting to acknowledgement of each line:

Cancellations up to June 2025 will include a 25% refund of payments excluding non-refundable $150.00. Any cancellations after September 2025 will be non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS
All roommates must register within the same month. Registration confirmation will not be sent until all roommates have registered. Once the maximum capacity at the hotel is reached if roommate(s) has not registered occupancy status will be adjusted.
The occupancy of Double, Triple, Quad that includes two queen beds, first come, first served based on receipt of payments received from ALL roommates. If the rooms with two queen beds have been filled, you will receive King bed with pull out sofa.
Handicap rooms (which include rooms with walk in showers) are assigned once all roommates have completed the registration process. There are limited number of handicapped rooms, therefore,, first comes, first served.
If a situation arises and you are unable to attend the conference payment transfers will be allowed for new registrations ONLY until July 2026.
Everyone is required to review and acknowledge agreement for all Wellness Compliance. This is our commitment to be diligent with our wellness before and during the conference. No registration can be confirmed without wellness compliance agreement.
