When choosing to work with me you get access to custom made training, nutrition and supplement plans along with exclusive access to contact me on Whatsapp where you are free to ask me any questions you may have.
Let it be known I am not a professional. This is simply my advice. It's me sharing with you what has worked for me and what I believe will work for you.
As previously stated, you will receive:
7 days of Training information (specific workouts/training days, rest days, abs & cardio)
5 meals a day (specific meals along with macros etc.)
