Terms and Conditions for Selling with Loved Again

We Accept Good-quality, stylish clothing, shoes, and accessories that are in excellent condition with no signs of wear, tear, or damage. We focus on labeled pieces and on-trend styles that you know someone else will love!

Item Quality: Only clean, on-trend, and excellent-condition items are accepted. No stains, tears, or significant wear.

Eligible Items: Women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories. No undergarments, swimwear, or heavily worn footwear.

Authenticity: All items must be authentic—no counterfeit brands allowed.

Shipping: You cover the shipping cost to us. Include a completed inventory list (if required).

Evaluation: Items will be reviewed within 10 working days. Unaccepted items can be donated or returned at your expense.

Pricing: We set listing prices based on brand, condition, and market demand.

Discounts: After 45 days, items will automatically receive a 50% discount.

Advertising: Loved Again will decide which items are featured on our social media or other promotional channels.

Sales and Discounts: Loved Again reserves the right to run storewide discount sales at any time to encourage sales.

Earnings: You’ll earn 45% of the final sale price, paid via bank transfer

Unsold Items: After 75 days, unsold items can be returned (at your expense) or donated.

Liability: We’re not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Agreement: By sending your items, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these terms.
