Stay and Play Thursday Group

Welcome to Stay & Play at Kid’s Island!

Join us every Thursday morning from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM for a delightful Stay & Play session designed for little ones from infancy up to 4 years old. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents, guardians, and children to explore our nurturing environment, engage in playful learning experiences, and make new friends.

Stay & Play is open to everyone in the community, you don’t need to be registered at the nursery to attend! It’s a relaxed and welcoming space where families can simply enjoy time together. There’s no agenda, no pressure, just a chance to play, connect, and unwind.

Just like a morning at your favorite park, feel free to bring along nut- and seed-free snacks and a bottle of water for you and your child. For safety reasons, we kindly ask that any hot beverages be enjoyed before entering the nursery, as we maintain a water-only policy while inside.

These sessions provide a warm, friendly, and engaging space for both children and their caregivers to socialize and create lasting memories.

Remember to Bring

A Snack - Bring along your favorite snacks (nut & seed free please)

Water - Bring a bottle of water for both yourself & your little ones. Remember coffee, teas & juices need to be enjoyed outside of the nursery.

Change of Clothes – We’re all about messy, head-to-toe exploration! With sensory play always in the mix, there's a good chance you or your little one will get delightfully messy. Just in case the fun gets extra wild, pack a spare outfit for both of you!

Mosquito Spray - As we have many plants, bring along your preferred mosquito repellent.

Stay & Play Group Policy Agreement

Thursday Timing: 8:30am to 10:30am
Parent/guardian are requested to vacate the premises promptly by 10:30am.

Social Media Posting

By Attending Stay & Play, the Nursery reserves the right to record and take photos for social media purposes.

As we are a nursery that advocates PLAY, we encourage our parents to put away their phones and stay engaged with their child.

Should you want to capture a special moment of your child, please be aware of your surrounding and only focus on your child. Please remember to tag Kid’s Island Nursery when posting online using our Instagram handle: @kidsislandnurserydubai

Responsibility of Parents/Caregivers

All parents/guardians must save this number in their contacts - Kid’s Island Nursery (050) 307 4694.
For Health & Safety reasons, children must be sitting down while they are eating.
Snack Routine: In line with the Nursery’s Snack Routine policy, no food or drink is to be consumed in the playgrounds without sitting down on a picnic mat. If it is too hot to eat on our picnic mats outside, snack will be eaten in one of our classrooms assigned to the Stay & Play group that morning.
All parents/guardians must Sign In and collect a Visitors Lanyard before proceeding to the designated areas. The Visitors Lanyard has to be worn at all times.
To avoid being bitten by mosquitos while playing outside, parents/guardians are recommended to bring their preferred Mosquito Repellant with them.
Before leaving the Kid’s Island Nursery premises, parents/guardians have to Sign Out and return their Visitors Lanyard.
Parents/guardians are responsible for their own child and must remain with them at all times.
Specific areas are designated for the Stay & Play Group and parents/guardians are to use only these areas.
We request that parents/guardian be respectful of the resources and equipment within the Nursery.
Parents/guardian are asked to be mindful of noise levels within the buildings as babies may be sleeping.
The use of the facilities is at your own risk and Kid’s Island Nursery cannot be held liable for any injuries or theft whilst on the premises. Parental or guardian supervision is required at all times.

Fees For Stay & Play:

Registered Children Starting in Term 2 & 3 2024 or siblings of Existing Registered Children

40AED - Per sessions attended, irrelevant of arrival time. 2nd & 3rd sibling's are charged 30AED each.

Non-Registered Children that just want to come to Stay&Play

50AED - Per sessions attended, irrelevant of arrival time. 2nd & 3rd sibling's are charged 40AED each.
