NFYFC has organised an activity weekend for members under the age of 18.

This is a four day outdoor adventure with a conservation twist in Herefordshire.

To apply, applicants need to be 13 on the 1 September, 2024 and up to 17 on 1 September, 2024.

arriving by 2.00pm on Friday and leaving at lunchtime on Monday.

This stunning cliff-side camp in Pembrokeshire, Wales is all about awesome outdoor adventures, with fun, adrenaline and bonding with friends!

Flooglebinder Camps are carefully designed to show you how important your environment is, their trips help you understand your impact and what it takes to behave and live sustainably.

Throughout your time at camp, they will introduce you to important environmental and sustainability issues through adventure and some very cool activities.

Expect to grab a wetsuit and jump off cliffs, explore the sea and neighbouring islands by boat. You will also visit a working bug farm for an insight into how we can use insect and plant mince to provide a sustainable and alternative source of protein to satisfy consumer demands. And you’ll try some edible insects in the ‘Grub Kitchen Cafe’!

Enjoy making campfires, incredible food and feel fully immersed in nature, sleeping under the stars, right by the ocean.

The total cost of the trip will be £485 per person - which includes all meals and accommodation.

Local pick up points will be arranged depending on location of applicants.

Once a suitable reference has been obtained from your County Office an invoice will be sent for a deposit to secure your place of £100.00 and this will be required by the 10th January 2025
