2025 Fellowship Application

Thank you for your interest in the International Fellowship program. Before you begin the application process, you will need to gather the following files on your computer:

Your current curriculum vitae (résumé/biographical data).
One letter of recommendation from the director of your institution verifying your plans to develop some type of training program in respiratory care and/or establish respiratory care as a separate health profession.
Two letters of recommendation specifically addressing your professional expertise and qualifications in support of your application.
A digital photograph of yourself.
A photograph of your passport.
A photograph of your visa (if you have one).

The text documents can be in any Microsoft Word compatible format (.doc, .rtf, .txt) or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). The digital photo can be in any format.

All international fellows accepted into the program are required to provide documentation of the following vaccinations prior to their program start date: Hepatitis BInfluenzaMeasles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)Varicella (Chickenpox)Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap)COVID-19In addition, some regions may recommend or require Tuberculosis (TB) screening or proof of BCG vaccination, depending on local disease prevalence. Please note that host institutions or city health regulations may require additional vaccinations, and fellows are expected to comply with these requirements as well. By applying to the program, applicants agree to provide all required documentation upon acceptance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of participation in the program.
