Listing Broker Compensation

This section is taken directly from the Exclusive Right to Sell to ensure you are compensated as intended.
i. SELLER shall pay the LISTING BROKER compensation of    percent (%) * of the selling price or a fee of   dollars ($)*   at closing whichever is the greater sum unless otherwise modified.
