Leadership Lab Description:   This 2-hour LIVE Leadership Lab is tailored for ministry leaders and teams committed to building a vibrant and impactful ministry. Participants will explore essential strategies for retaining ministry members, effectively converting visitors to committed members, managing and retaining volunteers and creating sustainable community outreach programs. 

Our training will also cover practical approaches to strengthening ministry operations and management, equipping leaders to handle both the spiritual and organizational needs of their ministries. Through engaging sessions, real-world examples, and group activities, attendees will leave equipped to foster growth, deepen engagement, and increase their ministry’s influence in the community.

Learning Objectives:
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Identify and implement effective member retention techniques that foster a welcoming and connected ministry environment.
• Initiate processes for engaging visitors and transitioning them into active ministry members.
• Initiate and strengthen community outreach programs that align with both ministry goals and community needs.
• Implement effective volunteer strategies that align with the ministry’s needs.
• Apply practical management practices that enhance ministry efficiency, stewardship, and organizational strength.

This interactive session will include practical exercises and real-world examples, leaving participants with actionable takeaways to strengthen their nonprofit’s management and resource development efforts.

MEET YOUR COACH:  Dr. Fatimoh Harris

Dr. Fatimoh Harris, President & CEO of Excel Professional Grant Writing & Nonprofit Services, LLc and Excel Professional Services, is a successful Certified Grant Writer, Business Consultant, Human Resource Specialist, Church Administration, Certified Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) & DBE Owner. She is also a skilled Grant Reviewer and Professional Development Trainer. Dr. Harris is the author of Navigating the Grant Industry Handbook with other books coming 2026. She has produced and hosted a Business and Leadership Television Show, Excelled To Go Forward with Season 2 coming soon.

Cancellations made within 5 days of the program start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, due to immediate access to program materials, bonuses, and intellectual property.

No refunds are issued 4 days prior to class.

Certificates of Completion are issued only to participants who attend and complete the program requirements.

Due to access to digital materials, all sales are final on promotional enrollments.
 

As a courtesy, participants who are unable to attend their scheduled training may request a one-time transfer to a future session, based on availability. Transfers are not guaranteed and do not include refunds or partial refunds.  No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or non-participation.
