2025 o2e Brands Whistler Cup Festival - U16 FIS Entry Form
Location: Whistler Blackcomb, Whistler, BC
Race Dates: April 9-13, 2025

Eligibility
- All participants must be born in the year 2009/2010 and be qualified competitive members of their own club. Official representatives chosen by each recognized club may participate in the Whistler Cup U16 Festival.
- Each team may participate with a maximum of 6 athletes (3 girls and 3 boys). In addition, each PSO may enter or name up to two provincial teams with a quota of 6 athletes (3 girls, 3 boys).
Entry Deadline

FIS Entry Forms are to be submitted by a recognized PSO or NSO by no later than April 1, 2025.

Entries from individuals will NOT be accepted.

Entries should include the following:

✅ Number of participants by gender & Coaches (ie. U16 Quota Request Form). Due Febraury 28, 2025 by 5pm PST.

✅ Payment can be made by CDN cheque, EFT, e-transfer, wire or credit card. Once your team is accepted, an invoice will be provided. All Payments are Due February 28, 2025 by 5pm PST or a $50 fee will be added to the entry fee.

➡️ Names & seed of athletes, and names & contact details of coaching staff who will be attending. (ie. U16 FIS Entry Form). Due April 1, 2025.

⭕ All athletes are required to complete the following link with their athlete bio - U16 Athlete Bio, Waiver & FIS Declaration . Due April 1, 2025.

***Coaches must share this link with their athletes. Athlete registration is NOT complete until the Athlete Form is submitted. These forms are specific to age category, use this link for U16.

ONLY ONE DESIGNATED PERSON PER PROVINCE/CLUB RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY / SEEDING AND PAYMENT.

***Teams that were pre-approved for a second quota and have paid for all quotas must fill out this form a second time for the second quota.
