Commitment and Attitude Agreement
I have voluntarily chosen to participate in a fitness programme under the guidance of Nat Murphy, Nat Murphy Fit Coaching. Training may include, but is not limited to, weight and resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, and floor-based movements.
Nat Murphy of Nat Murphy Fit Coaching agrees to instruct, assist, and support me throughout my programme.
I understand that my success will depend largely on my commitment, consistency, and attitude. This includes following guidance, making positive lifestyle changes, and putting in effort both during and outside of training sessions.
I acknowledge that results cannot be guaranteed, but I accept that my willingness to work hard and stay consistent will significantly increase my chances of success.
Client Responsibilities
As a client of Nat Murphy Fit Coaching, I agree to:
Be honest and transparent about my health history, lifestyle, and any medical conditions or injuries that may affect my training.
Communicate openly and provide accurate feedback during check-ins to help track progress and adjust my programme when needed.
Commit to the agreed schedule for coaching sessions, check-ins, and updates, and give reasonable notice if changes are required.
Follow guidance to the best of my ability, including training plans, nutrition advice, and lifestyle recommendations.
Take responsibility for my own safety, including using correct form, listening to my body, and seeking medical advice when appropriate.
Maintain a positive attitude, understanding that progress takes time and consistency.
Respect the coaching process, including boundaries and expectations set out by Nat Murphy Fit Coaching.
