APPLICATION DEADLINES
All senior staff applications are accepted on a rolling basis beginning January 1. Acceptances are first come, first served; the later you apply, the less likely you are to receive your designated role/weeks. References are due within 7 business days of your application being received.
STAFF INTERVIEWS
Not all interviewees are guaranteed a position as a part of the CCC Summer Staff. Interviews will be conducted via phone and Google Meet.
Senior staff will undergo a two-tier interview process. Applicants will be contacted for a virtual group interview after receipt of application. After the group interview, applicants will be notified whether they have moved onto the second stage, a one-on-one interview with a full-time Coldstream staff member.
You will be contacted via email to schedule an interview time. Failure to schedule an interview time within two weeks will result in termination of your application.
Final decisions on staffing will be made via email.

STIPENDS & REIMBURSEMENTS
Senior staff receive a $200 stipend each week worked, in addition to room and board. Staff may stay on campus over the weekend if home is a significant distance away. A $100 bonus is awarded to staff who work all five weeks. Transportation cost reimbursement may be arranged depending on the distance traveled; there is a cap on the amount we are able to reimburse annually for all staff.
Adult/Child/Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification is provided free of cost, as well as Stop the Bleed Training. Your certification must be up-to-date each summer in order to work for Coldstream. Certification is provided through the Red Cross and good for two years after receipt (Stop the Bleed is a lifelong certification).
Bonuses are available for staff based on amount of years worked. Your interviewer will provide more information during your individual interview.
Senior staff are invited to prepare and present a teaching seminar on a pre-assigned topic to campers or to junior staff for an additional $100 bonus. The teaching and curriculum intern has the final say in teaching seminars and who will lead them.
