  • Good Afternoon Let's Get Fit Ministry....

    The new year is fast approaching and it's time to announce the 2nd annual Biggest Loser Competition 2025. This year will be an individual competition and will be open to the public/community.

    Here are the rules:

    • It's an 8 week individual competition beginning with the first weigh in on Jan 4, 2025.
    • Participants are only allowed to miss two weigh-ins.
    • On the 3rd missed weigh-in, the participant will be disqualified from winning any prizes.
    • The final weigh-in will be March 1, 2025.
    • Weigh-ins are each Saturday from 9:30 - 11:00 am.
    • Each participant will choose a unique name or number to track progress.
    • Competition progress will be recorded and posted each week.
    • Participant who loses the most lbs (pounds)...wins.
    • Participants must use the exact same scale each week here at the church to record weight.
    • The competition is open to the community so tell family, friends, and co-workers.
    • The registration cost is $30 per participant. This includes a FREE WORKOUT CLASS every Mon, Wed, Fri from 10am-11am and Saturday from 9:30am-10:30 am.

    Prizes are as follows:
    1st Place ~ $500
    2nd Place ~ $300
    3rd Place ~ $200
