Please include a description of your desired tattoo - please be as descriptive as possible.

Tattoo Size:

Please estimate the tattoo size you are wanting in inches (length x width). Please be as accurate as possible as this will affect quoting. Quotes are based on the size requested and may be subject to change.

Desired Placement (indicate left or right side):

Please be as specific as possible (e.g. upper left arm above elbow, right outer thigh above knee etc). This helps me better understand what works best for you and this area.

Image Upload of Body Placement and All Reference Photos:

Please circle the area you’d like tattooed. This is very helpful for estimating the time and size needed for your request.

Uploading a picture of your placement especially if you have any tattoos/scars/moles, etc in that area helps me understand my limitations & possibilities in designing your piece. Please try to take the picture straight-on and from a couple feet away so the whole limb is viewable. It can help to get a friend/relative to take a picture.

For custom designs please be sure you've looked at my previous work/designs and like the style I work in. Be as specific as you can when describing what tattoo you would like to get, and include as many reference images as you like.
