Welcome to our monthly Ki Gong classes—a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of this ancient practice. Each session focuses on specific sets, exploring their movements, mechanics, energetics, and historical significance. Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge and repetition needed to confidently practice on your own and share these teachings with your dojang, friends, or family.

Class Details
- Location: True Balance Karate except May 3 and September 6
- Schedule: Monthly sessions from 1:30 – 3:00 PM (except as noted)
- Cost: $90 per set or $300 for the full year
