Erika Lee Sears explores the tension between the organic and the manicured, using loose, confident brushwork and a focused palette of deep blues, soft neutrals, and sharp reds. Lipstick, glassware, shells, and table surfaces repeat across the series, creating scenes that feel lived-in and slightly undone. Each composition focuses on surface and texture, from the heavy, waxy saturation of a red lip to the softer, matte presence of surrounding elements. The prints in this release are produced as giclée editions on archival cold press cotton rag, 300 gsm, preserving the color and surface of the original paintings
