    WHAT to expect with this assessment:

    The Target Leadership Assessment testing methodology is presented in 26 word groupings.  These 26 groupings provide a comprehensive set of traits for a leadership quadrant, covering a wide range of qualities from each category. This will allow for a nuanced analysis of an individual's leadership style across the four leadership quadrants.

    The words used in the assessment stem from extensive research reviewing hundreds of leadership focused words.

    Mapping of words within quadrants included the assistance of a learning language model and additional testing and review to ensure the best categorization for each word - and ultimately guide you to be WHO you want to become as a leader in the future.
