Independent Contractor Agreement
This Independent Contractor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of date of contractor signature by and between:
GandC Management LLC (hereinafter referred to as TaxesbyHope.
WHEREAS, the Company desires to engage the services of the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees to provide certain services to the Company under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Services to Be Performed
The Contractor agrees to provide the following services:Tax preparation
2. Term
This Agreement shall commence on the date of Contrator's signature and shall continue until terminated in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement.
3. Compensation
The Company agrees to compensate the Contractor as follows:
Payment Amount: 75% of each taxpayer's return.
Payment Schedule: Based of when the taxpayer is issued refund. Company has 10 days to pay after refund has been received.
Payment Method: Direct Deposit
4. Independent Contractor Relationship
The Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to create any employer-employee, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
5. Confidentiality
The Contractor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, clients information, and confidential information received during the term of this Agreement.
6. Ownership of Work Product
All work product, including but not limited to all software and clients services, created by the Contractor in connection with this Agreement shall be the sole property of the Company.
7. Compliance with Laws
The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
8. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon 14 days written notice to the other party or immediately for cause, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of all 50 State.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. Any modifications of this agreement can be changed at anytime by company without consent of the contractor. A updated agreement will be sent to Contractor vial email.
