1. What channels will be used?
*
This field is required.
The number and type(s) of channels used to communicate with the user can significantly affect the number of design hours required.
IVR (Telephone, Voice and/or Touchtone) Only
Chatbot Only (usually part of a web site, as an "add-on")
IVR + Chatbot, Independently (same information, but no connection between the two)
IVR + SMS Text, Sync'd (Voice IVR and text messages work together during a single call)

2. What's the size of the Intent Space?
Think of an "intent" as a way of categorizing what the user wants to do. "Intent Space" does not refer strictly to the number of intents and subintents (although that is the primary consideration). Instead, think of the number of intent-handling sequences required -- some intents are so closely related that they may require only a single flow; others may be closely related but require separate handling.

4. Does every DNIS use the same queues?
(DOES NOT APPLY TO 'CHATBOT ONLY' PROECTS)
Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) allows your customers to call different numbers to reach your business. For example, you may have an "Elite" customer tier with its own telephone number and its own set of automated options-- even though it comes into the same overall system. Does each of your DNIS use the same agent queues?

7. Will we use existing API calls?
*
This field is required.
Application Programming Interface calls, or APIs, are the information exchanges used by the system to send and receive data. Use of existing API calls, rather than creating new calls and/or associate APIs "from scratch", can save both time and effort, in designing the project.
